About this Blog

This blog started as an email update that I sent out to a few friends to let them know how I was doing and save them the trouble of worrying about me. It quickly turned into a weekly therapeutic outlet and a documentation of a deep transformation that was taking place inside of me. As I found myself sometimes rambling I did not want to continually invade everyone’s e-space so I decided to turn my entries into this blog so anyone can come and visit at their own time and convenience. At first by popular demand I continued to email when an update was posted until I finished treatment in June with some miraculous results. At that point we all thought I was done and very few people really know that I am back on that wagon accepting the fact that the journey has not ended yet and there is some more traveling to be done. So here I will apologize if I did not let everyone know about the latest development simply because I prefer to keep you thinking of me as the miracle that happened and is still happening. I felt a little guilty selling you what may have looked like false hope and a broken miracle but you have to believe me when I say that with true faith hope and miracles cannot be tempered with and have an unlimited warranty. They are mine and yours to keep. There are a few things in life that operate outside real time and this journey (along with my home remodeling) is among them. Healing cannot happen within the constraints of our restrictive human terms and expectations, it happens in a place where time as we know it does not matter. It happens in a present moment which is continuous. I have to have faith in the outcome and accept the process as my mission in life; to receive and give love, to find stillness and peace, to overcome fear, to be grateful for every moment and every gesture and every encounter and restore faith in the eternal goodness of God.
