RIP Heather

RIP Heather Ray 1969-2010
I only met Heather a few times and knew very little about her, but she had this amazing presence that left a lasting impression on you. Her smile and twinkle in her eyes said I can take on the world and everything it throws at me. She inspired me and I know every other person she ever encountered and consider myself so lucky and blessed to have crossed her path even if it was for such a short time. It is very hard to try to understand in human terms why she had to endure so much and fight so hard and not win. But in Devine terms who am I to declare that she lost. She had dreams and goals and a will to live for her 2 beautiful girls but at the end the human pain and suffering were too much. How can you fight when you are in unbearable pain? Rumi said; mind over body, but soul over mind. I imagine that in her last hours God held her in his arms and whispered in her ears; come home where you will be whole again and where there is no pain. I promise I will take care of all your dreams, your girls and your loved ones. You have done all that you were set to do and what you were born for. You have seen how strong you are and showed the world what you can do. You have touched people’s lives and every person who met you will never forget you. You left your girls a great legacy; they are from you and carry your strength and perseverance. The love you poured on them will sustain them forever. You have done your job so let go of the pain and come home where you are whole again. You have earned your wings.
Much love
